Our story started in the midst of the pandemic when we created a Facebook group called Glendale Gratitude. The group was designed to help our neighbors connect, share what they were grateful for each day, and provide support for those in need. It became a lifeline for our community, where people could request items, offer assistance, or simply express their appreciation for the little things in life.

As the group grew, we noticed that many members were reaching out for real estate advice. This sparked an idea: why not blend the community spirit of Glendale Gratitude with our real estate services to create something truly impactful?

What started as a way to celebrate each real estate transaction by giving back quickly evolved into a core part of our mission at REALgratitude. Initially, we focused on small, meaningful gestures such as providing coffee for hospital workers, delivering groceries to neighbors in need, and organizing a diaper drive for a local family.

These initiatives were well-received and underscored the potential of using real estate transactions to make a difference. But we wanted to take it further. That’s when we decided to let our clients choose a non-profit organization to benefit from their transaction. Whether buying or selling a home, each transaction now supports a cause that’s important to our clients.
