As the group grew, we noticed that many members were reaching out for real estate advice. This sparked an idea: why not blend the community spirit of Glendale Gratitude with real estate, turning each transaction into a way to give back? What started with small gestures like delivering groceries and organizing local donation drives evolved into something much bigger—REALgratitude™ was born, with a mission to transform real estate into a tool for building stronger, more connected communities.
